Check Merchandise
Upon Arrival
- Please inspect all items immediately
upon receipt.
- All claims for returns or exchanges must

Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective item, please
email us with a photo of the defect.
- After review, we will email you a return
label and a return form.
- Include the completed return form in the
package when shipping back the item.
- The item must be returned and received
by us within 2 weeks of the return label being issued.

Change of Mind Returns
- We accept returns for store credit or
exchange only due to change of mind.
- Return shipping costs for non-defective
items are the customer's responsibility.
- Store credit will be issued within 24 hours
of receiving and approving the returned item
(unless otherwise notified).

Refund Method
- All refunds are processed as store credit only.
- Store credit is issued for the cost of the item(s) only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for
Return or Credit
- Items with signs of wear or use
- Items that are damaged or altered
(including tag changes)
- Items with stains (e.g., makeup,
food, etc.)
- Items with odors (e.g.. perfume.
deodorant, smoke, etc.)
- Sale or clearance items
&Merci reserves the right to deny
any return or store credit that does
not meet our policy terms.

Restocking Fee
- A minimum 10% restocking fee may
apply to items returned in opened or
non-original condition.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- All refunds are processed as store
credit only.
- Store credit is issued for the cost
of the item(s) only.
- Shipping charges are non-
refundable, unless the issue was
caused by &Merci.
